Trending @Infosys; Offer letter not released.

My friend had an interview with Infosys on 5th April. She got selected and was informed the offer letter will be sent within 2 weeks. No further updates are given and the status of the application is still 'decision pending' in portal. She doesn't have any POC as it was a walk in interview. Anyone has any idea what can be done or what probability is there for offer letter not being released. Thanks in advance.

Typically it will take 3-4 weeks for the whole process

Some people who attended interviews along with her have gotten offer letters. That's why she's having doubts whether it will come or not. Anyway I'll tell her to wait.... And thanks for the reply.
