20 LPA service. You will eventually work at a good PBC as vendor. Don't fall in this PBC trap just because product based title.

18LPA in a product-based company is better. Product-based companies offer more growth, innovation, and learning opportunities. Service-based companies often have slower growth and less exciting work.

If you want to do meaningful work while learning and growing yourself then product based and if you want to just work and low to no self growth then service based. And CTC are nearly equal, if the PBC is offering a role that allows you to work on your preferred technology then also must.

It depends on your point of view. If you see package, then any company with better salary is good. But if you want challanges, go for product based company. But remember wherever you go they'll just think that you know everything. I have worked in both services and product based companies and if you say about learning, both won't teach you anything only you have to lift yourself up and struggle through those challanges to shine out bright and achieve
