what happens if you get escalation in notice period. Do we have to give 100 percent or can we concentrate on searching next job

I need 100 percent. But got an escalation for being offline for 1 hr from client side after he got to know I'm in notice period . Which had not happened in 3 years. What can the managers do it it get escalated.

Nothing sir, just relax and chill. Mostly manager will ask why you were offline. But just wondering, being offline for 1 hr also client escalating? They are also humans right like us..would like to know client name

nothing gets changed as long as you follow company policies. At the worst you will get early release.
