Hi All, I got 1 offer letter today, but company is asking to join in 60 days. Currently I'm having 32 days of paid leave with me. How to negotiate with manager to bring down the NP to 60 days from 90 or do we need to connect with HR for same. I'm working on client side currently and billing is there
