Trending @Infosys; Notice period pay on bench
So I got put in bench last month and I am planning to put my resignation. Now the notice period is for 3 months but I have heard Infy releases bench people early, so in that case, If they do release me early instead of serving the whole notice period, I would be entitled for the notice period pay I.e. my 3 months salary right?
If you serve only 1 month notice then you get only that 1 month pay. That will also most probably be released after you have handed over your laptop etc. depending on how long you have worked with the company you may get some final settlements. That’s about it
But if I am willing to serve 3 months notice and it’s the company that wants to release me then I should be entitled right for the 3 month notice pay or am I missing something?
