I was laterally hired (3 months before),sat on the bench for 3 months and just allotted a pre-production project. Suppose i got another opportunity outside and resign from here, how many days will be my notice period. 90 days or 30 days since my probation is 6 months. Also, suppose that pre production changes to production, how much will the NP?
