What is the Notice period duration if someone is on bench? Is this negotiable? Also, when do we get relieving letter after resignation?
if u had any offer outside then dont think much there is no point of completing this pip thing cuz after that they will assign u to some project and due to project refusal policy you cant say no to project they are assigning after that u dont have any choice once mapped need to serve full 3months in most cases
Are you certain? Also Is this okay to ask the HR about this casually as right now I'm on pip and told them that I'm willing to take this PIP thing although that time she didn't give me any choice like if you want to resign you can do that or so she just asked whether you are willing to do this or not. Or it will be good if I ask some other HR not the same aligned with PIP
if on bench for more than 3 months u can ask and reduce your NP to as low as 1 week, talk to HR they will do it
