Trending @Infosys; Notice period issue
I have resigned this month and official notice period is of 90 days but today i got to know that my project is getting completed soon in 2-3 months and they will be releasing me from the project next month as i have resigned . So will be on bench for the rest of my notice period or they will give me early release from infosys? I want to serve complete notice period
Ok but i have joining date in next company in feb and they are releasing me in dec 1st week so i can be on bench right? Or HR will ask me to leave early because they can not allocate me any project for 1.5 month
Depends on ur luck but most likely u will be on bench
Depends on your unit bench strength. If utilisation is low they will release you else they won’t bother. Mostly 8/10 they will let u be in bench
once u r released from project u will be bench for rest of your notice period if u got offer in that time and want to join other company u can ask hr they will release u from company early
Most likely you will be on the bench. Generally in this situation, employees have to reach out to higher management if he/she need early release. If you don't, they won't.
