I am serving notice period right now and hardly 1 month is left and i have availed all my 15 days WFH for June month.

Do i need to go to the office as right now i am on the bench ?? Anything that can happen wrong do let me know folks....

Worst they can do is reject your attendance and leaves will be deducted first for those days

Better go to office or take pre approval as you will get leave encashment in FnF on the basis of basic salary

Yes thinking of the same.

Better to go to the office and take no chances. Or you can ask your manager, hardly a few days left before you leave the company, no reason to feel afraid.

Right now my reporting changed to Bench Manager. Also any idea for ACON/SCON do we need to take preapproval WFH ?

If you are okay with losing 15 days' salary, don't go to the office.

Better go to office. If they not approve exceptional wfh then it would be considered as leave. Then you lwd will get extended i guess
