I am currently on notice period, but I don’t have an offer in hand . I still have two months in notice period. What is the last date for me to withdraw papers and will there be any issues if I withdraw my papers .
Has your manager reached out to you with a carrot? If not, my suggestion is that you wait and look for a job outside, as you may be taken for granted and be considered as someone who is a bull shutter. Even if you have to withdraw wait for another month or so as you have ample time, meanwhile seriously search outside or apply for IJP.

You can withdraw your resignation on your last week too, Dont worry start applying for jobs and you get more interviews in the last month of your notice period as you can join them quicker
