The notice period is 90 days and I am not getting any interview calls because of this. Will Infosys reduce the notice period to 45 days if we negotiate. I dont wanna quit without an offer.
True...same here as well. Im getting calls but they are not taking forward. Simply they are asking to confirm the last working day ro get email from Manager. It is really worst scene and frustrating. Recruiters are crazy that they are expecting immediate joiners all the time which is bluff game I think.
Totally agree with you. The 90-day notice period is definitely a hurdle—most recruiters lose interest the moment they hear that. It's frustrating when immediate joiners are always expected. Do you think there's anything we can do internally, like talk to our managers about reducing the notice or negotiating early release? Just trying to figure out if there’s any practical workaround within the company.
Yeah...we can negotiate with managers for early release. But it all depends on your dependency in the project and your manager.
I am struggling to get 1 day reduced from my notice. HR is neither acknowledging my email, nor even seeing my message on teams.
