Trending @Infosys; Not received performance bonus

Everyone is talking about performance bonus & letter. I ,who is in the JL3 from the past 2.7 yrs didn't receive any of those things.

a. What exactly the criteria for that to receive? b. When will I be eligible for that?

You need to be JL4 to be eligible for performance bonus

JL3 - Means you have all your salary as fixed. No need to worry about how much of salary you will lose due to your / company/ your unit's performance.

Hey @AwfulDeer7 Don’t worry 😂. It is variable pay, that is part of your CTC. In Infy they are calling it as Performance bonus.

I am JL6, 20% of my CTC is variable pay. They will pay that quarterly in the name of Bonus.

Bro, In infy if u ask criteria or eligibility about any hike or promotion or any other regarding salary

These manager or HR never talk or conduct any meeting about that.
Instead u will get mail for rubbish meeting which u never attended.
Or in case , any quarterly meeting u ask about that, there answer is fixed - 'we are not much aware about that, higher authority will take desicion for that and we will get back to you'☹️☹️

And they will never get back to you So dont expect anything from infy and be ready for updates in team meeting...

Bro don't worry about performance bonus , we get in a part of our CTC they deduct 15 % from CTC and then give us 60 percent of it so actually it's a loss not a gain ..

It’s a component in ctc as a part of jl4 and above. Once you will get promoted to jl4 it will get included. One more thing those part you might get 100% or not also
