Trending @Infosys; Not happy with rating
Worked even on weekends, was available always, client manager even sent mail to manager and others.
Still got ME rating, thinking of resigning!
Similarly, I have put in consistent effort to ensure a smooth flow of operations in the project, especially after 2–3 team members exited. I took on additional responsibilities, trained newly joined juniors, and gave my 100%, including working on holidays when required. Despite all this, the feedback reflects only a ‘Commendable’ rating. I had expected an ‘Outstanding’ rating, especially. since my Team Lead did not have any negative remarks regarding my performance.
OS you get if and only if , you get some revenue or manager has to feel that , if this guy exist project collapse.
Rating is relative guys - if there are others in your peer group who have performed better thay are rated high. Also limit from HR on what % of people you can rate high.
