Trending @Infosys; Not getting project TDP looped Hr in mail asking me why I am not getting projects.

I had joined Infy as a lateral and they are doing the same thing .. they don’t care about what skill set u have they just randomly adding in the project . N this is not happening only with me it’s happening with each lateral that i had meet . Now i am in a regret why I had joined Infy .

Same here they are coming asking for a certain skill which is not mine and leaving one and half month now I am worried though they put me in training since I am in bench and completed certifications internally and externally
