Trending @Infosys; Not getting project.

I am on bench now from last 1 month. In One month I just got one call for interview in which I didn’t got selected. Since then I am not getting a single mapping or interview call. Do I need to worry about that or I need to plan for switch? Is there same thing happening with everyone to get a project?

If looking for switch this is good time as you can tell immediate joiner and infy will release you early as you are on bench and raised e separation in system. I did same and got released in 1 week and joined another company 3 months back.

I was on bench for almost 6 months and now got allocated to production still Id creation is need to happen ( for project )
