The portal says I'm not eligible for power programmer bridge, but I got 'met expectations' from my manager. The only ineligibility they've mentioned is 'NI' or 'UP'. What's going on?

You can try cracking acon, its eady to crack it. If you really want to be eligible for PP, you need dq score around 10% of your peers so like around 50-60 if you have total YOE around 1-2 years.
