Trending @Infosys; Not able to download files from Personal Email on Infy laptop
Can someone please help me here. I'm unable to download files from my email in Infy laptop. And previously I used to atleast send the files from my phone Teams and download the files on Infy Laptop teams.
But ever since this separation of personal and work profile setup was done on my phone, I'm not able to move files to work profile.
Please help me.
Documents for the purpose of submitting to any Infy system (InfyMe or another official mail to Manager/HR), you can send it as an attachment from your personal mail to your Infy mail. But never send anything from your Infy mail to your personal mail.
you can forward your pay slip and tax related non business documents to your personal id from infy mail

I want to copy internet bill from my personal email to Infy laptop to claim.

Just mail the doc from your personal mail to infy mail and then download it via infy mail in your infy machine.
Forward that mail from personal id to office id, provided there is no violation of data security guidelines.
