Trending @Infosys; Not able to book seat

Hello, I'm currently facing issues in booking a seat. Whenever I click on "Book/View Seat", it shows the below message: "As per process, you are required to provide the health declaration before booking the seat. Kindly submit the Work from office request with a health declaration before you can proceed with the seat booking." What am I supposed to do? Nothing is working.
