If I work on Saturday(s) regarding an official assignment on a 9.15+ hours shift, a non paid comp off is approved by the manager. But suppose if I work on all working days in a month and that month doesn't have any holidays as per our holiday calendar, then the Saturday(s) I work for are additional day(s). Shouldn't I be getting paid for that/those additional day(s)?

Your company is exploiting you, my friend. They're making you work extra without pay. It's daylight robbery. "Mehnat ka paisa toh milna hi chahiye". Isn't it time you asked your HR about overtime pay?
