Trending @Infosys; No unit release

Hi, I was working in a project which is completed. But my manager not releasing me from the unit. And they are not providing me any other project, they want to keep me in the unit but saying that since I have no project, iam on bench and as per odc rules I have to come office everyday. And they are not releasing me and I am not able to look for other opportunities outside this odc. What should I do?
