Trending @Infosys; No response in IJP

Hi, I have been trying to apply yo many IJPs, but none of the managers are replying. What do I do?

It's really frustrating in my current project.

And I want to move through IJP

Whenever i try to apply through IJP, everytime it says “criteria not met” (something like that),
I guess its boz of “RM not met” - what is RM in this? Could you please tell me?

No it shows all green ticks for me. So I could apply. But these managers don't even reply or care anymore

Current scenario which i observed for ijp's is the person who will get promotion through that particular ijp is already fixed, in many units they are using ijp for providing promotions instead of going through slots/ nominations
