Trending @Infosys; No offers , 40 days remaining till last working date, a bit tensed :(
In the last 50 days, I’ve had several interview calls and discussions, many of which progressed till the HR stage. However, I’ve noticed a recurring pattern where HR teams don’t follow up after initially saying the feedback isn’t negative—leaving things uncertain.
One opportunity stood out in particular: the company conducted two rounds of interviews, then asked me to upload my salary slip and latest compensation letter. I was hopeful, but within three days the status changed to 'not retained' without any detailed feedback.
I’m feeling a bit anxious now. I currently don’t have any offers in hand, and with just 30 days left in my notice period, I’ll have to consider revoking my resignation around 10 days before the last working day if nothing materializes.
p.s : I had secured an offer before applying e-separation, but unfortunately it was withdrawn. I was unable to negotiate an early release with my current management, and when I requested the prospective organization for an extension on the joining date, they were unable to accommodate the request and eventually rescinded the offer. So with a frustrated mind, I applied for 90 days notice period hoping I will get another offer again!! 🙂

Which tech stack u have?

Expert in Java , spring boot, Kafka, microservices , intermediate Angular and kubernetes , recently GenAI integration and cloud services

You can work more on your skills and interview preparations . Apply 20-30 companies daily . Be positive and calm.. It depends on luck as well in this type of job markets . All the best!!
How much exp u have?

I guess you will get an offer when your notice period days will start shrinking from 40 days to 25 days.. just keep your naukri profile updated and do it like , Available to join in 15 days

Update ur profile as immediate joiner on Naukri

Update Naukari app profile daily before 10am , it will sync through ATS then you will get calls , try this

Will work on it, thanks

Worst case you take back your papers. It is your decision at the end of the day. I know you again have to go through the notice period, but you would have a job at least. Keeping this in mind at least you will calm your nerves.

Same with me. I gave an interview for a bank. I cleared the rounds still they did not give any result and no response on reaching out after techno managerial round. I don't know whether they are even hiring or just the open positions.
