Employees HRA compensation in CTC should be equal to Market rate for that city ...HRA which are given in CTC, in that employee can afford only slum areas

HRA for TA in their BOA is around 2K 😂😂 i doubt we can get decent kholi in slum in that. And let's say we did, it will be atleast 20km away from office 🤡
