i think from now on they will give hike once in 2 cycles i guess, that also below average its waste to stay. No point of that year end ratings
Since i joined (April 2022) , I didn't get a hike due to some filter criteria 2 times even with 3 OS ratings.
So please dont expect any hike from infy.
Revenue growth itself is 2.8% in CC where will they give hike from. Profit margins are anyway not increasing.shows sales/higher management is nit able to generate revenue. But when it comes to salaries they will still get big packets and dividends and stock options. A CEO salary/bonus should depend on how much salary growth he can achieve for his lowest employee cause only that shows real growth. Reality is our company revenue growth has stalled to low single digits. So it’s no surprise that hikes are not even being considered
If there are no profits why r they hiring bulk and giving 18-21 lpa for freshers
Did they confirm that no hike will be given in the quarterly meet ? I couldn’t join it. Can someone please confirm on this ?

Update on wage hike No decision has been made regarding the company's wage hike. The recent wage cycle, which concluded in January, consisted of two segments. Decisions regarding the next five years will be made over time.
“So we just finished one cycle of our wage, which was in two parts in January. We haven't yet decided. on the next five year, we will decide as we progress,” CFO Jayesh Sanghrajka said.
