Trending @Infosys; No hike for me

I joined infosys as a fresher 28 feb 2022, for 2023 and 2024 i have outstanding rating everyone happy for my dedication and hardwork, i have hope that this year i will get a hike,but no they i have not given bcoz they have a criteria like u should have complete 2 year milestones before 2024🥺🥺🥺 is this a valid reason,

I also got no hike , joined in Dec 2020. But I have resigned like a month back. They don't even bother to give my deserved hike , let alone retain me. I feel.like I should talk to my HR. But I don't even want to talk to anyone begging for anything. And she is very rude.
