Hey Folks! Just to know when these market conditions are expected to be improved. Inspite of all updated skillset, good resume ATS and profile, not getting much calls for interviews opportunities. Are you people also facing same & by when can expect this improve.

The job market is tough right now. Many are facing similar issues. Keep applying, network, and stay patient. Improvement timelines are uncertain.

Thanks @SqueakyLoad for your views and suggestions on this. Sure, will do the same, hope for the best. I just thought how people are switching as saw numerous posts related to resignations these days from infy.
