Trending @Infosys; No annual hikes in Infosys

This is highly disappointing how a big organisation like Infosys doesn't give annual hike. However, many small firms emphasised on annual hike to keep their employees motivated and have a healthy competition. Even though infy is getting a good profit but still it doesn't encourage any annual hike. Opinions????

Very cheap tectis. Growth here is the slowest it growth you will not even imagine. If you are from start of career then it is the most cheapest growth you will feel

People who joined in 2020 got few penny as increments (500-1000) in 2023 so if you call that a hike then you have patience to wait for 3 years and get nothing🙄
