Trending @Infosys; NI Rating in Icount

Some of my friends got Needs Improvement rating in last cycle. One or two of them are working in production. What does this mean for them and what happens mostly afterwards? Btw, they didn't receive any performance bonus.

Not getting performance bonus is just the start. Going forward your friend might feel intense work pressure to perform and all his/her actions will be monitored. I don't intent to scare anyone but NI rating people are also likely to be put on a performance improvement plan after which excelling in your work becomes kind of mandatory. But fret not, I have seen people get out of PIP and start excelling in the work. Staying strong, focussed and disciplined is the key.
