I am a fresher joined and completed recently till now I did not got any project and after annual review I got NI rating. What is next? Should I be worried?

It depends on since when you are on bench, managers are expected to give NI and UP for bench talents

@sree this is only for oct rating right? Like does mid year pitstop also take into account bench time? Like if person is on bench from say oct but he gets ME/OS as rating was from sept-24 to oct 25 ,there is no rating in april right?
