Anyone got any idea on next hike? Also was the last hike (Jan 2025) based on '24 ratings or '23 ratings? Because i am damn sure they ate 1 year's rating hike.

Depends on what parameters they put for different JLs. For example for JL5, they may put a parameter saying those who were in company before Jan 2024 or something
