There is no difference between a proper MBA and PGDM/PM if the college you are doing from is good. Most university will give MBA whereas places like IIM will give PGDM/PMThe places you have mentioned is not worth it if your objective is to leverage to gain a good switch in your career. If you want to do part time course attest try from tier 1, tier 2 like IIT Chennai , Grate lakes ( if you want something close to Chennai )
