Trending @Infosys; Need suggestions on counter offer.
I already have an offer with 70% hike and I am getting 30 to 40% more hike as a counter from different organisations. I would like to know if it is good to accept a counter offer? Because the first organisation was waiting for the last 3 months for me and I am not getting how to say no all of a sudden for joining. Should I reject counter offer?

See this is not about good or bad I would say as when company doesn’t perform well are they are not laying of ?? Are they are not stopping hike and promotion?? Are they give you less notice period if they want . No right then why to not to choose better opportunity. See once you join you are just another employee not your family or nothing like that. We all work for money and satisfaction. If satisfaction not got by work life balance then at the end of month by seeing the salary you can get that one for sure. So grab it and try to increase as much as possible
