Trending @Infosys; Need suggestions for job switch
Hi guys, I am working in infosys from last 3.2 years, now working as a senior system engineer in data and Analytics domain. I have almost three years of hands on experience as a data Analyst. I worked on Teradata SQL, and Power BI. Now I am planning to switch the job with 3 years of experience on SQL and Power BI. But I am not getting calls from recruiter. If luckily any call received then they are not scheduling the interview. I am not understanding what's wrong is going on. Is my experience is not in good domain?
Please give me any suggestion?

Tried ats friendly resume, updating resume daily,more than 100 impression on naukri,
Cold mails on linkedin never works
Let me know if you have any other suggestions
Only hope I m lying is the holiday season to get over and again reapply during jan feb
