Trending @Infosys; Need suggestions

Hi everyone, I joined Infy around 6 months back as an Associate Consultant and will get job confirmation in 15 days. My lead is saying to stay here and he will provide an onsite opportunity in upcoming years. But I am getting the reviews from others that there is no career growth and not good to stay here and also my manager is not good. Should I stay here or should I start looking outside? Any Suggestions? Thank in advance
