Trending @Infosys; Need suggestions

I am a 25 year old person and I always want to do more want to earn more money want to travel the world want to give everything to my parents sister … and I also know that i can do .

But there is something that is holding me back the fear of what if it will not work , the fear what if by this I will loose money , the fear what if the tike money i invested is going to waste . I know by only doing this job i can’t full fill everything because i mean I can but to be honest in IT I don’t have that much facility in my city and i can’t move out of my city because of the family reasons .

I have lot of things in my mind to do but don’t know .

And also this IT industry is so cruel i mean I am doing my work perfectly helping my team mates when they needed also leading the team and my manager seniors everyone’s knows that but as I am that kind of person who will sit with you talk but not like others I can’t just sit and talk shit about others or unnecessarily I can’t sit till 7 just to talk bullshit but still at the time of appraisal and all the Person who talks more they get good hike than me . And because of this reason i switched from my previous company and joined Infy but in Infy same thing is also happening .
