Hi, I have total 3 years of experince, currently I'm working in a development project which include geo related technology - im not interested in this technology because I'm not understanding the concept properly. So I will stressed.

is there any consequence to ask project release.
I want to switch company so not interested in IJp 3)I need to reskill my domain after that only planning to switch is it good decision?

Please give suggestions.
