Trending @Infosys; Need suggestion
I work for MS project USA and here we are working in day time and MS FTE expect us to work 9-5 and for any query we should connect with them at there timezone. Before joining i clearly mentioned to my manager not able possible for me to work in PST time as I'm morning bird and i have reached that age where its getting hard to me to change my sleep cycle. Now a days, client is pressing me to work in PST and i really dont want to work in that time zone. My manager told me that you have to work you want to do it or not and clearly last years didn't get a huge raise from Infy and i was not expecting either but this selfish people takes advantage and don't acknowledge our hard work during appraisal cycle.
Should i work in PST timezone as there alot of less opportunity for 90 days notice period person. I have given 30 interview and all of them rejected because of notice period or skill issue as I'm Frontend developer
I would suggest finding a different project before it starts affecting your health cus at the end of the day they don’t two shits about you or your health and these efforts won’t help much in the future. Honestly not worth it… and don’t tell companies 90 days .. say official 90 days but negotiable to 60 days .. and then mention some medical reason or personal reason to leave early. If you’re lucky the new company will wait for you .. all the best .. btw how old are you?

Then I don’t think your manager will give any crap about your sleep schedule. I’m also working for MS client US. But we’re not expected to stay late .. just once in a while attend meetings at 10ish. Try getting medical certificate and show it your manager maybe you might get some relief. Ping me if you need any help
Thy are probably asking an hour two during PST hrs for any team calls . It is expected.
Its not a hour or two thing they are asking to come online at 11 pm ist and telling to stay till 2 pm ist and then expecting me to join my 9-6 shift and finish all work which is not get completed. Even i not getting paid enough for all this stuff so why do i need to go through all this trouble and messed up my routine for this.
Raise it with HR and DM. Either they need to relax your ISt work hours or overlap hrs during PST. 1-2 hrs until 10-11 pm ist is fine. Beyond that is a lot
