I am currently serving my notice period after resigning, but I’ve started receiving "Return to Office" mails from my company.

Question: How could it impact me if I don’t go to the office during the notice period?

Will it affect my relieving formalities or full & final settlement?

Can it create any issues in getting experience/service letters?

Has anyone faced a similar situation or has insights?

Why do I want to risk your career for it? Just return to office complete your 10 days and go home

In your Infyme if the attendance is showing in hours, no need to go to office but if it is showing in days - you have to compulsorily go to office
