Trending @Infosys; Need opinion regarding NI rating

I was once in PIP ... So first tell me the situation-

Are u working under the same manager who gave you NI rating? If yes then leave , they have lost confidence in you..

If not then you can think about it ...

I have survived the PIP but there are some drawbacks even after clearing it-

You won't get a performance bonus for a year. You will not be promoted next year. You will not get more than met expectations next year ..

Did any one reach out to you? I too got the same rating they pip me on PIP waiting for call from HR
