Trending @Infosys; Need job switch advice

Hi all, please help me on job switching or should I need any new skills required. I joined Infosys 2022 and they gave the cybersecurity domain. And i worked 2 projects related to Soc Analyst L1 role i had good knowledge in SIEM AND Endpoint, email security, cloud security, Dlp some other kind of tools. I have 3 years of experience. My problem is i am trying to switch the company due to less package. I started applying on LinkedIn, naukari and other platforms still not getting any interviews and calls from recruiters. Past 3 months, Still I am trying to applying continuously and updating naukari everyday but not getting anything from outside. I am worrying about my job switch. Someone said due to 90 day notice period not getting calls. Please give any suggestions and overcome this problem and get calls and interviews or should I need to gain other skills?

I think it's the market and also the previous exp(maybe not)

I'm a data engineer
Tech: AWS, Python, sql, snowflake and spart Yoe: 3.5
Worked: CTS, working: infosys

Though technically I can say I'm little above average I'm not even getting calls to say I'm getting rejected due to technical knowledge so it's the market. Reason I mentioned previous exp/ company is if you've worked in a big product based then chances of you getting a call even if market is down is high

90 days is a big concern. Frankly i took risk and dropped my papers and then started job search. Also, based on your tech do see how the market is…right now it is frankly very mixed…for some they say there are jobs..for some it is bad…if you have patience then wait till you get offer. I didn’t have patience and frankly i had backup to survive for 6month to survive without job so i took risk
