Trending @Infosys; Need inputs on Con bridge, anyone here who switched from it ?

The training times in the prg are quite lengthy. What's the point behind it ? Anyone can tell if that's usually followed ~6 weeks for selection and then 3 months training ?

Also how much compensation you've seen here for no change in JL ? Do we get the same salary that they usually hire from in the market?
