Trending @Infosys; Need information regarding Pip

I am currently a SP at Infosys. I’ve been benched for around 10 months or so.

I was informed recently that I’ve been placed in a PIP for 60 days.

They have also called me next week for an in-person meeting.

Please guide me what would happen in the meeting and the PIP itself.

Should i consider switching or continue where I am.

I thought they are doing this in other units but I am surprised to see that even STG has come to this. Why hire people if you want to fire them. Still they keep on hiring new folks and are not able to retain the old ones. This is a really sad state. I guess Infosys wants talent to leave.

Just keep working without a hike is all they want.
