Trending @Infosys; Need information after Maternity leaves

Hello there I am supposed to rejoin the office after my ML . But am not tagged to any project they are saying if you are on ML you will be released from your project . So from tomorrow I will be on bench once until I get the project . Is there any rule that we have to go to office if you are on bench ? If anyone has any info please do share.

New mothers have wfh for a year. Please check and confirm with hr. I joined back in Sept 2023.

If they have released you, you will be on the bench but I don't think you have to go to the office, Please get it confirmed.

I have rejoined from 15 July and still on bench haven’t got any opportunity yet still looking for the project

You have to follow the normal wfh policy of 10 days. I think for new mothers there an exception of 6 months post ML so please check with HR
