Ijp is moving from one unit to another unit. Promotional ijp is moving to another unit with promotion. Try to look for 2nd one, you will get hike. Onsite depends on your project, skill set , project manager and DM. Within infosys, try to become DSE or power programmer. Their sal is high.
Just ask your manager, please note if you are working from ODC, make sure requested base location has ODC , else it will be rejected citing ODC availability issues.
After IJP interview successfully clearing how long it takes to onboard into new IJP project from the ongoing current project.
