Trending @Infosys; Need honest Suggestion

I don’t have an offer letter in hand, but I want to get out of the project so badly because of the environment there. Some A** licking people tell small things to higher authorities. Micromanaging, badly treating people like slaves whatnot. It's a mental torture. What if I put a resignation that will make it easy to get an interview at least with a shorter notice period and if nothing happens I can take it back. While in the project does it need any kind of approval? Is it worth the risk I understand the market situations. Need some good Suggestions
