Trending @Infosys; Need help with switching job
I'm getting 40k per month in infy. I'm trying to switch for the last 6 months. I'm not getting a single call. No one is accepting a 3-month notice period. Should I put paper without offer? Or should I wait until I get the offer. I've got outstanding rating. Should I wait for hike. I'm getting married this year, and I'm worried.
Personal Suggestion: Resign and start searching you will definitely find something better at higher pay as front end is in great demand, meanwhile keep the salary negotiation in Infosys open as you might get salary correction.

I know one friend of mine, he updated his naukri profile as serving np he got calls then only before that it was 90 days np. I think you should give it a try. Put in your papers if you're sure about resigning and have at least 3-4 months backup money in your account.
Resign after you receive the hike. So that you can get a chance to negotiate better on new salary.
