My salary is unchanged and too low for my jl5 level
If I out resignation in system will they try to give revised compensation.
Do I need to chat with my manager before that or straight away apply in system?
Will my manager try for revision base don't my chat alone?
Can I withdraw the resignation once done
If you are confident enough that you have dependency in your project and are able to take risk on of resigning without taking offer from another company you can. And depends what are you expecting is it a realistic thing to ask or not. Like if you are expecting 50-60% not possible. 20-30% they can agree if they are dependent on you plus if the retention budget is well.
