I completed 6 months on 14th January, but I haven’t received any confirmation email yet. The job confirmation status in the InfyMe portal is still showing as “N”. Could someone please help me with this?

Were you on bench during this tenure. If yes, probation also gets extended automatically.

These confirmations got changed recently, not sure how many of you aware. Hoever you can ping to hr as suggested, but dont panic.
