Trending @Infosys; Need help in notice period

Hello everyone

I need to discuss my current situation I have joined infosys in march in August I was tagged in the project later on some conflict with my lead my manager told me to put in PIP after that I got one offer and put the paper now I am trying to negotiate the notice period as by default it's 3 month even I am in the probation. My manager told me nothing in my hand talk to HR .

I have no dependency from last 2 months I have no work but still manager is not replying properly even don't tell me who is my HR next month I have joining in next month and they are now not taking anything. To be honest I am getting anxiety not getting what need to do .

Find your HR asap and ping him. Only they can help you.

IDK why, I never served notice period 😅 and still I am doing okay have switched about 5 times in 7 YoE.

Hey raise an AHD and ask them who's hr or DM me i will give you one link you will get list of your BPHR i have also resigned and these people are also doing the same thing to me I have my bit of experience
