If you are ok to travel in nice road check houses in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. Locality is good with all facilities. If you search you can get 1bhk under 15k. It's 40-45 mins travel, but one side it is 30kms and it doesn't you have travelled so long as there will be no traffic, and toll charges of 55 rupees for 2 wheeler for one side. Should travel 60kms daily with 110 rupees toll charges.
